Afrixalus quadrivittatus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, possibly Angola, possibly Malawi, and possibly Zambia. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, and canals and ditches.
